FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT!!!! The Town of Port Barre is currently accepting applications and/or resumes to employ a full-time utility clerk. Applicants must be 18 years or older, possess a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED equivalent, have no criminal record and must pass a background check and drug screen. Experience in accounting, computer and receptionist skills is necessary. Applicants should be a self-starter, multi-tasker, able to prioritize duties, highly motivated and willing to work under pressure with the public. Benefits include paid health insurance, retirement, vacation and sick leave pay. Salary depending upon experience.
