Good morning, all! Our grant writer has informed Mayor Ardoin that the Louisiana Community Development Block Grant program is accepting applications from municipalities to fund the demolition of abandoned/blighted properties in town. This is GREAT news for our citizens and the Town. This program allows the demolition of unsightly properties at NO COST to the owner(s) and the owner(s) maintain ownership of their property. Please contact the Town Hall at 337-585-7646, at your earliest convenience, if you or someone you know, could benefit from this program.
